Guided Meditation
Settling the nervous system before any other work begins.

For those who have been holding everything together, this is one full day of painting, breathwork, and sacred stillness in the Topanga canyon. You will leave lighter than you arrived.
The sanctuary is now open. We'll see you in the canyon.
An Invitation
This is not a workshop where you will be taught. It is a day where you will be remembered by yourself.
We have designed every hour with one question in mind: What does she need to feel safe enough to finally exhale?
The answer lives in paint, breath, the canyon, and a room full of women who came for the same reason you did.
What She'll Experience
Each module is designed as a doorway — not a workshop. You will not be performing, producing, or proving. You will be invited, gently, to come home.
Settling the nervous system before any other work begins.
The body remembers what words cannot reach.
Color as language. Canvas as confession.
Prompts that move past performance into truth.
Held circles where you are met, not measured.
Barefoot under oak trees. The canyon does its own work.
Slow, intentional meals cooked with reverence.
Closing ceremony to carry the day home.

02 — Facilitator
M.A in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in consciousness, health and healing
For twelve years, Sepideh has worked intimately with women through one-on-one sessions, group coaching, workshops, and emotional healing intensives. Her practice is grounded in the soft intersection of neuroscience, somatics, and the spiritual traditions that have held women across centuries.
She is not a guru. She is a witness. Her presence is the kind that does not flinch from grief or rush past joy. People describe her as the first person who let them be both fragile and powerful in the same breath.

The Setting
A private home in the Topanga hills — oak trees, ocean light, and silence.
Voices
I came carrying years of unspoken weight. I left lighter than I have felt in a decade. The painting reached places therapy hadn't.
It is the first time in my adult life I have been somewhere and not been performing. I cried without knowing why, and no one tried to fix it.
Sepideh holds the room the way a mother holds a sleeping child — with full attention and zero agenda. I felt seen.
FAQ
None at all. This is not about technique or talent — it is about expression. The canvas is simply a mirror. Hanieh has guided complete beginners and professional artists alike, and the experience meets you exactly where you are.
Most people arrive alone. By lunch, that changes completely. This is an intentionally intimate gathering — small enough that you will be known, not just present. Many attendees tell us the connections formed here are among the most meaningful they have made.
More than most people expect. There is something that happens when you step fully out of your ordinary life even for a single day and into a space that was designed entirely for your return to yourself. We have seen people release grief they had been carrying for years. We have watched someone pick up a paintbrush for the first time and weep, not from sadness, but from the relief of finally being met by themselves. We have held circles where a single sentence, spoken aloud for the first time, changed everything. Healing does not always require years. Sometimes it only requires the right conditions, safety, beauty, permission, and presence. That is what this day is built to provide. You will not leave the same. That is not a promise we make lightly.
Yes — and you are exactly who this day was designed for. Both Hanieh and Sepideh are trauma-informed facilitators. The space is held with care, and you will never be pushed beyond what feels right for you. If you have specific concerns, you are welcome to reach out before registering and we will have an honest conversation.
Wear something comfortable that you don't mind getting paint on. We will be moving between indoor and outdoor spaces, so layers are a good idea. All art materials, lunch, and your welcome gift are provided. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and an open heart.
Yes, free parking is available on site. If you are coming from central LA, Topanga Canyon Boulevard is approximately 45–60 minutes depending on traffic. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in before we open the space.
All sales are final. However, if you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another person. Please contact us at sepicoaching@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We would love to hear from you. Email us at sepicoaching@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
Still unsure? Trust that feeling that brought you here.
